How do I pay?

• Pay via Uber Coupa PO Portal.
• Using the Coupa PO Portal, please create a manual Coupa PO with the total amount. Once the PO has been approved you will be supplied with a 6 digit Coupa Po number. Please place the Coupa PO number in the PO section submit and move forward. Please DO NOT use the requisition number.

Final Approval and Check out.

• What if my print is not correct? (Blurry images, incorrect codes, misspelled words, wrong design, etc.)
• Upon the Approval of the design and final Submission of your order, Imprint Engine can not be held responsible for any issues relating to your order.

Expected Production times.

• Most orders require 3-5 days for production after the order has been submitted. Please allow additional time for large quantity orders and business cards with specialty print effects.
• The first day of production is the next day after the order was submitted.

Shipping.

• All orders ship from Burnsville, Minnesota via FedEx. We offer Ground shipping (1 - 6 Days) service levels or Next Day Air Shipping and our shipping costs are discounted from list rates. Orders that ship to residential or extended areas may incur additional accessorial fees from FedEx.
• When multiple items are ordered from one cart checkout, we automatically package these to help save shipping costs. Weight restrictions could affect the number of packages. Each individual order will be labeled with the order details for each line item.
